Looks like a mating pair of 'Pale Tussock' to me.

Seems quite late in the year...but I'd go for a pair of Pale Tussock Moths too

It is more probably the Pale Tussock which is a European moth, whereas I see that the Furry Leg Moth is North American.
I believe that this photo was taken in France.
