I watched David Attenborough's Africa on Wednesday, which covered the Cape area and early on in the programme there was a bit about the butterflies in the rain forests and the mystery of how they found each other to reproduce. There were plenty of shots of interesting-looking butterflies. Later in the programme there were some shots of butterflies puddling. Not a lot of detail, but it was good to see butterflies while the snow was falling outside.
The programme is repeated on Sunday at 6pm on BBC2.

Re: Africa - Sunday BBC2
Thanks for that, Nick. I'll try to remember to tune in on Sunday. All this snow, ice and now rain is making me yearn even more to see butterflies!
