I took this photo of a White butterfly yesterday at Bowdown Woods and it doesn't seem to match anything in my butterfly ID book

Hi, its a Green-veined White, had one myself the other day and had to take a double take on it

Yep, thats a female Green Veined white.
Can be a variable species but the summer generation females are usually more heavily marked on the uppersides than those that are around in the Spring.

Definitely a GV White, although that one's more heavily marked than usual.
