Just a small suggestion that may aid navigation...
Just been going though the 2008 competition photos. Having clicked on a photo to view it full size, I thought - I could do with a "next photo" and a "previous photo" button. I guess then you'd also need a "back to page" button and the photo title (eg Butterfly Species Entry No: xxx) displayed with the large size photo (and maybe the section of the page it is in - eg Under 16s).
This could also be useful for the photos on the individual species pages?

Couldn't agree more. As usual - it's down to a lack of time ... so I used the mechanism available in previous years. But I'll add it to the list of things to do!

Hi Mud,
I've implemented this on the main species pages - let me know how you (or anyone else!) get on. It's certainly better than opening a new page to see the high-res image, but would like some feedback before I extend this further.
Cheers,
- Pete

In the members photo gallery if you click on the image and make it bigger, you can use the left and right arrow keys to navigate.
It works for me

Yes - and this should work on the main species pages too - with the addition that you can also move an enlarged image on the screen.
