To enter the competition, please post a single image taken in 2013 Between July 1st and 1st October (1 post per member) as follows:
- Click on the "Gallery" link and then open the "Summer 2013" album (gallery/album.php?album_id=2265)
- Click the "NEW IMAGE" button
- Follow the instructions to upload a single image
To view the entries:
- Click on the "Gallery" link and then open the "Summer 2013" album (gallery/album.php?album_id=2265)
To edit or delete your entry, which you can do until 5th October:
- Select the "Moderate" link at the bottom of the image details
- Take the appropriate action
Please note that the entries are not anonymous when posted (they will be visible to all visitors), and that the judging will be conducted by a panel.

Another selection of superb images and thanks to everyone who entered and congrats to the winners. And thanks, once again, to Gary and Lisa for helping with the voting. The results are:
1st IainLeach - as much for the quality of the hoverfly as the Clouded Yellow!
2nd john starkey - is it possible to get tired of an ant-attended Silver-studded Blue?
3rd FISHiEE - an unusual shot of a male Common Blue and female Chalkhill Blue side-by-side
There were so many good shots it was really difficult to home in on the top 3! Feel free to add your own comments in this thread.
