Would it be appropriate to have a section of the forum for the members to sell cameras, lenses etc? If not a completely new section then perhaps the general or the photographic section could be used. I'm asking as I have a Canon macro lens that is surplus to my requirements.

For various reasons, I suggest that we put this in the Photography section. I'll add a "sticky" post now that you can reply to.
I think a general "wants and exchanges" forum would potentially result in the sale and exchange of livestock, deadstock and other items that may be considered "sensitive" by some.
