Work on updating the albums continues and all stages of the Blues, Coppers and Hairstreaks have now been completed (both Primary and Secondary species). Some valuable early-stages images were provided by Pete Eeles and significant improvements were made to the Purple Hairstreak album due to contributions by Pete and Pawpawsaurus. Various lovely images from Clive also continue to be used. New contributor Iain Leach deserves special mention for single-handedly transforming the Northern Brown Argus album with quality images of both artaxerxes and salamacis. Extra welcome contributions came from Mark Colvin, johnb, traplican, Lee Hurrell and NickB. Thanks guys

Except for those species which do not bask or rest with their wings open, there are no significant gaps in the imago images, although it would be nice to get an upperside of a female Turquoise Blue for the Secondary Album. One notable gap in the early-stages category is that of a Small Blue pupa, which I hope can be addressed. One for Chalkhill Blue may be a bit more difficult, but may be possible.
When viewing the albums you may notice that the last category (the Nymphalidae) looks quite full. That is because I have nearly finished and only have the Secondary species to do, before reporting back with a list of gaps.
Thanks go to all those that have contributed images so far
