Birding in Kuwait would seem to be more productive although this clip does include a picture of an Eastern green striped White butterfly

It's an easy mistake to make Jack.
Using a video camera like a DSLR and assuming that portrait style format will work.
It's the steadyness of the footage that impressed me the most.
