unusual fly id please.

I wonder if anyone can put a name to this fly please ,excuse poor quality shot ,it was in a shaded area ,at woodland edge ,I thought at first it may be a Hoverfly species ,but can,t find anything that ticks any boxes in my field guide ,any ideas please.

Not sure but the wing veination is not right for a hoverfly. I'm thinking its perhaps a freshly emerged fly thats not had time to colour up?

Thanks for that Bugboy ,that doe,s seem to fit the bill ,and as you say the veining doesn,t fit with Hoverfly .
