Hello all
Whilst I appreciate I have several reports (and a diary) still to compile, I am off to Croatia on 2nd August, for a week. I'll be staying at Lovran, near Opatija in the north of the country.
Does anyone have any experience of that area and/or be able to recommend any sites?

Not long back home and by my reckoning, I saw 34 species, including a few lifers such as Cardinal, Nettle Tree Butterfly and Short-tailed Blue.

Looking forward to seeing your images, Lee. I've only seen Nettle Tree Butterfly once myself - it's a fascinating species.
