A significant event this month was the translocation of Chequered Skippers (31 females and 11 males) to Rockhingham Forest, Northamptonshire on 24th May as part of a re-introduction project. The source population was from Belgium. Reported on Butterfly Conservation website https://butterfly-conservation.org/48-1 ... again.html
and widely on other sources such as Twitter etc.
