I think they're Brown-tailed Moth larvae. Take care they have urticating hairs which can give a very nasty rash. The old shed skins also still have the hairs so don't be tempted to fiddle with any abandoned webs when they've moved on to new leaves either.
Some addictions are good for the soul!

This is a larval web of the Brown-tail moth. The long hairs on the larvae can give nasty allergic reactions, so you would do well to stay well clear of them.
