TomTom Support

TomTom is the most widely used navigation system in the country and Roger Harding has kindly converted the site information into a form suitable for TomTom users. Apparently, there is free software available to convert TomTom format to Autoroute "Pushpins" and other formats.

Instructions

To access the TomTom files:

  • Right-click and save to your hard drive.
  • Via ActiveSynch, open the file on your PDA that has the TomTom map of the UK loaded.
  • Copy and paste BOTH files into this file.
  • Do not change the names of the files.

Abbreviations for species names ought to be self explanatory, "P" on it's own represents parking for some sites. If you have any questions please contact roger.diver@btopenworld.com.
