No Coppers here
I live in Northern Ireland and for the last two years I always found some coppers to photograph but this year not one to be seen. Am I unlucky or is the recent terrible weather responsible. There is also a complete absence of large whites speckled woods red admirals and cinnebar moths

Come September and things have improved. Of the species listed above I have now seen all except for the speckled woods. Evey time I lament not having spotted a particular species they seem to appear so heres hoping!
