Brilliant for pointing this out bugboy, this opportunity should not be missed, this site must be secured!

Donation duly made.

This site is magnificent and I had one of my most enjoyable days ever last June observing this rare and precious species.

To have it preserved would be simply wonderful.

Have made my donation too, I would encourage all UKB members to chip in, this is just the most fabulous reserve and a fitting location for the Large Blue - back in one of its heartlands.
Kind Regards
Mark

I have donated too. Please do contribute if you can. I have not been to Daneway though I did see the Large Blue a couple of years ago at Collard Hill, a very memorable day!

Cheers

I have just made a donation but had no choice other than to "support" the Scottish National Party.

You might wonder what on earth the SNP has to do with Daneway Banks in Gloucestershire. Well, when I was asked in the drop down box for my county of residence, Argyll & Bute was not listed. So I had to play into the hands of would-be King Alex and would-be Queen Nicola by ticking the best available option - "OUTSIDE THE UK".

NOTE: I am not and never have been a supporter of Scottish Independence - until apparently this evening   UGH!
