New member NW Leicestershire

Hello All
I'm a new member so thought I'd introduce myself.
As title, I live in NW Leicestershire. Recent early retirement has allowed me to time to pursue new interests, butterfly spotting being one. My method of identification is to photograph what I see, then use internet resources to find out what I've photographed.
So far I've spotted around half of what may be expected in Leicestershire.
Look out for beginners questions!

Hi Graham, and welcome.
I myself am originally from Evington (east Leicester) and I'd like to know which species you find in Leicestershire.
A small number of us on this site are full-time or part-time ex-pats dotted around Europe etc.. I personally have swapped Leicester for Marseilles, France .
