Pyrgus ID please

Post by Chris Jackson »

Hello,
Here are the uppersides of a Pyrgus from Vitrolles in the Bouches du Rhone in the South of France from mid August, seen at 100 m ASL. No unders I'm afraid.
Has anyone an idea about its ID ?
This is interesting because it was seen in an area that is recovering from fire damage.
Regionally, it should not be other than P. malvoides, bellieri, onopordi, armoricanus, cirsii or serratulae.
Any suggestions welcome.
More precisely it was seen here : 43.433832, 5.273244
