My daughter moved to Yorkshire just over a year ago. When I saw this post I thought it might be useful. It only cost £5 + £3.50 postage for a brand new copy (published 2005) from Allan Rodda, Yorkshire BC and I received it the day after I asked. The cheapest on Amazon is nearly £11 inc postage for a used one, non of which goes to BC coffers. I haven't studied it at length yet but so far has proved very interesting.
