I paid a visit to Bovey Heathfield near Newton Abbot in Devon this afternoon. Modest numbers of Silver-Studded Blues in flight including a mating pair.

Spent an hour on Giant's Hill at Cerne Abbas yesterday afternoon, it was overcast but brightish. There were plenty of Small Heaths and two rather worn Marsh Fritillaries.

Mine was another visit to Odd Down park& Ride for the Small Blue and there were several in flight.
